Graduated in Biology in 2019 by the University of Santiago de Compostela and Master in Environmental Engineering in 2021 by the same university.
In 2021 she began her research career in the Group of Environmental Studies Applied to Natural and Cultural Heritage (GEMAP), where she has been developing her doctoral thesis entitled ‘Development of protocols for cleaning enduring biological colonization for its application in Cultural Heritage assets’.
She has participated in several national and international congresses, being awarded the Patrizia B. Albertano prize for the best poster for young researchers at the ‘European Conference on Biodeterioration of Stone Monuments’ held in Rome in 2022.
Until now, she has participated in different projects, both related to her research and to the conservation of stone monuments, collaborating with conservators and restorers, providing technical assistance to companies and carrying out studies on cleaning and preventive conservation of the rock that constitutes the cultural heritage.
